From football to flexibility, our expert-led sessions are designed to:

What is it?

A Whole-School Health & Sports Experience – Done For You!

The Bugs Group can deliver all or part of your Health & Wellbeing Week, offering an unforgettable mix of activities for children from Reception to Year 6.

Pupils will rotate through an exciting journey of:
🧘‍♀️ YogaBugs – Mindfulness, movement, and wellbeing
FootieBugs – Football fun and skill-building
💃 DanceBugs – High-energy routines and creative expression
🏃‍♂️ MultiBugs – A variety of sports and fitness challenges

Each session is designed to get children active, engaged, and learning – all while building healthy habits and having loads of fun!

Whether you need a full week or just a day, we’ve got it covered – you choose the format, we bring the energy!
